CEO- Diane Verzella

After 20+ years in Manufacturing and Operations leadership, Diane joined the Executive Search arena. Partnering with Manufacturing and OEM clients, Diane brings a unique approach, based not just on industry knowledge, but relationships and trust. Diane had a very successful 7 year long career with a small executive search firm in Cincinnati, Oh. She has experience placing candidates and managing clients Regionally, Nationally and Internationally.

As the Director of Engineering & Manufacturing for the Direct Hire division; hers was not only the top division, but she was also the top individual producer each year she worked there.  Producing well over $2MM in sales, holding all company records and countless awards, Diane has created a well-established reputation.  Diane's proven track record and knowledge in Executive Search; along with her extensive LinkedIn network and presence, will bring value to your hiring process.

Director- Business Development - Robert

Robert embarked on his career in 1997, initially focusing on Sales and quickly establishing himself as a trusted professional within major financial institutions, excelling in Sales, Management, and Operations roles. In 2008, he transitioned to Accounting, spending five years honing his skills under James Howard CPA, specializing in serving McDonald's franchise operators and managing various financial aspects including bookkeeping, reconciliations, tax and audit preparations. 

Driven by his passion for Mechanics & Engineering, Robert ventured into the realm of Compressed Air & Vacuum Systems Engineering in 2013. Starting as an Account Manager with Quincy Compressor, he progressively rose to the position of Regional Manager. His extensive tenure in the industry exposed him to a diverse array of verticals within Industrial Manufacturing, where he engineered critical systems for sectors ranging from Aerospace to Medical, gaining in-depth knowledge of each sector's specific requirements for success and profitability. His involvement in large-scale B2B sales projects necessitated comprehensive engagement with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline workers to executive decision-makers. Relocating to Ohio, Robert leveraged his expertise in networking and executive search to connect businesses with top talent, recognizing the profound impact of filling crucial roles efficiently to drive organizational growth and success.

Connection Specialist- Greg

Greg has been in the manufacturing, engineering, sales, and the consulting world for over 35 years. He operated his own sales and manufacturing consulting business which put him in contact with hundreds of top-level professionals. Over his many years in manufacturing, he was continually asked to take on difficult situations such as; failing departments and businesses, stagnant sales areas, and areas in need of a drastic cultural change. He has thrived in those situations. Greg is a connector. He desires to find the best outcome for any person/situation he is involved in. His network is extensive and covers decades of business relationships. Greg is very knowledgeable in the needs of Operations, Engineering, Project Management, Construction, Sales, and Marketing.
